Free-Mind
All human-beings are the authors of their own wellbeing, health or dis-ease
Free-Mind is an understanding of human behaviour using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) integrated with Daoist and Buddhist philosophy and practices, bringing the best of the modern and ancient worlds together.
This can help you overcome conditions such as anxieties, depression, stress, trauma, addiction, void of spiritual connection/understanding and physical illness that may have manifested from your emotional thought patterns.
Free-Mind is about giving you the tools enabling you to let go of old and habitual ways of thinking which have created negativity and poor health in your life. We can help you de-programme your current mind set (conditioned emotional habitual behaviours and thoughts), enabling you to recognise these behaviours when they arise through expanded awareness practices. Thus giving you the tools to re-programme these old habitual patterns that no longer serve you, ultimately liberating you to a stress free and more balanced, connected healthier lifestyle.

REIKI
Barry Sant Reiki Master
Reiki is an ancient art of healing by touch. The word is Japanese Rei meaning universal and Ki meaning life force energy. Reiki is a way of channelling the energy to address not only physical disorders but also to open the mind to the causes of disease and pain. Reiki is not a religion as it does not attach itself to any particular dogma or belief system. Its use can be traced back for thousands of years, spanning many diverse cultures. It was reintroduced in its present form in the late 19th century after many years of dedicated research by Dr Mikao Usui, a Japanese teacher.
